Peak Financial Planning
As fiduciary financial advisors in Los Angeles we provide financial planning led wealth management strategies designed to help you navigate the retirement risk zone.(Not sure what the Retirement Risk Zone is? Click here to learn more).
Our Certified Financial Planner TM wealth management philosophy is as follows: Investing is like gardening.
If you never plant seeds, your garden will never grow. If however, you plant the seeds and then ignore them for the rest of eternity, your garden will become overgrown and rotten.
Yes, it may appear beautiful for a time, but that is an illusion. Investing is much the same. Investing is a purpose driven activity - the goal of which is to take your saved dollars and maintain your purchasing power over a period of many years.
In order to do this, we must match the time horizon over which you’ll need access to your funds, with an appropriate risk-reward framework, and then select investments that optimize for that. The work does not end there. Just as with a garden, it is important to harvest the fruits of your labor. You can then use those rewards to expand your garden.
In wealth management this means harvesting your winners, cutting short your losers, and redeploying your capital to “plant new seeds”.
We believe investing is an active discipline that requires ongoing monitoring, adjusting, and expertise. You can watch the video below for a more detailed walk through of how we think about the investing process.
Wealth management services are offered in addition to ongoing financial planning.
Clients who use this service must also be ongoing planning clients. We do NOT provide investment management services without an ongoing financial planning relationship. As Fee-Only Fiduciary Financial Advisors, we believe it is our duty to know what is going on in the rest of your financial life beyond your accounts in order to manage your money optimally.
After all - you wouldn’t take a prescription from your Doctor without having them draw blood, and run diagnostic tests first!
