Peak Financial Planning
Peak Financial Planning
we provide holistic, client centric, fee only financial planning designed to help you navigate the retirement risk zone. (Not sure what the Retirement Risk Zone is? Click here to learn more)
We are located in Woodland Hills, a suburb of Los Angeles but work with clients virtually all over the United States.
Our Financial Planning process is based on the following philosophy: When you go to the Doctor - they take a range of diagnostic tests before making any recommendations.
Understanding your health history, what medication you may be taking, what injuries or ailments you’ve had in the past, as well as what injuries or ailments you may be susceptible to allows them to prescribe solutions to you that do not cause harm AND are most likely to solve your problem. Documenting your Financial Plan is the equivalent of the evaluative process at the Doctors office.
Most financial advice ends up doing more harm than good - ESPECIALLY when that advice is given in absence of a financial plan.
Your Financial Plan is your roadmap - it is the framework that takes into account your financial education, position, and wishes - and allows you to make optimal decisions in accordance with that framework. Our Financial Planning Process is broken into 3 phases.
Onboarding, Implementation, and Ongoing Service.
The video below is designed to assist you in visualizing the framework through which we build financial plans on behalf of our clients.
As Fee-Only Fiduciary Financial Advisors, Peak Financial Planning provides ongoing advice in the following areas:
The most important thing to note is that financial planning is not a product - it’s a process. It’s the ongoing relationship between you and us involving regular communication, meetings, and advice. Ultimately, the goal is to help you make the best possible decisions around your finances so that you can live at peace with your finances.
While we do offer wealth management services, we require all prospective clients to complete our rigorous personal financial planning process first. Our fiduciary duty requires that we act in the best interest of our clients. It is our belief that comprehensive financial planning as the basis for an advisor-client relationship is the only way to satisfy that fiduciary duty.
